Paid with Full Glass of Milk

One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry.

He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door.

Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water! . She thought he looked hungry so brought him a large glass of milk. He drank it so slowly, and then asked, How much do I owe you?'

You don't owe me anything,' she replied. 'Mother has taught us never to accept pay for a kindness.'

He said ... 'Then I thank you from my heart.'

As Howard Kelly left that house, he not only felt stronger physically, but his faith in God and man was strong also. He had been ready to give up and quit.

Many year's later that same young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease.

Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation. When he heard the name of the town she came from, a strange light filled his eyes.

Immediately he rose and went down the hall of the hospital to her room.

Dressed in his doctor's gown he went in to see her. He recognized her at once.

He went back to the consultation room determined to do his best to save her life. From that day he gave special attention to her case.

After a long struggle, the battle was won.

Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval. He looked at it, then wrote something on the edge, and the bill was sent to her room. She feared to open it, for she was sure it would take the rest of her life to pay for it all. Finally she looked, and something caught her attention on the side of the bill. She read these words ...

'Paid in full with one glass of milk'

(Signed) Dr. Howard Kelly.

Tears of joy flooded her eyes as her happy heart prayed: 'Thank You,
God, that Your love has spread broad through human hearts and hands.'

There's a saying which goes something like this: Bread cast on the water comes back to you. The good deed you do today may benefit you or someone you love at the least expected time. If you never see the deed again at least you will have made the world a better place - And, after all, isn't that what life is all about?

Now you have two choices.

Best Emulator that Affected My Life

In todays tech world people is not ignorant on the word emulator. What really is an emulator? An emulator duplicates the functions of one system with a different system, so that the second system behaves like (and appears to be) the first system. It can perhaps change the life of a buyer.

It would provide almost a thousand of list of Game in one console without actually buying it. (saving you a lot of spending)....in my opinion you will actually not be able to enjoy most of the game. Why? because you intend to finish the game ASAP, in order for you to get to the next title. -

But in this world the word "FREE" is the best thing that a customer can have.... so maybe people can actually "GRAB" those things instead of paying for it. So I listed some of the best emulator available on the market. Search and enjoy.

1. Pocket PC..(PocketGBA, PocketSNES both are freeware), Morphgear, Picodrive, ScummVM, PocketNes)

2. Symbian OS..(VbagX, Vbag, VSUN, Vnes, Picodrive, ScummVM)

3. GBA..(the Use of SuperCard can actually run like an emulator without buying lots of cartridge.)

4. Nintendo DS.. ( R4 NDS Flash Card for the game can actually run game from microSD including GBA, SNES, NDS games)

5. PSP..(GBA, SNES, SEGA, ScummVM, PSP ISO, PS ISO has been included on forum on the net and can actually run very smoothly.) thanks to the homebrew

6. and even Ipod.. ( can now run Gameboy Color Game called Iboy you could now play your favorite game like Pokemon Yellow, Pokemon Gold, Harvest Moon, Lufia, Final Fantasy and many more).

For me, the best emulator out there with tons of game available in the market are the SNES and GBA it got wide selection of game with nice graphics, storyline and game play. This could keep you busy for a long period of time.

So I end this article by saying.....

This is what emulator do in my life. It does prevent me from doing bad vices such us drinking, gambling, drugs, and womanizing, helps me realized that playing RPG games (i.e. Final Fantasy, Breath of Fire, etc...) is the same as reading a pocket book, which would perhaps enhance your writing and reading capability and can also grow your artistic capability(this is where I got my artistic talent duh!). Some thing can be good to me but maybe not to you, so remember the most important thing is discipline without it "any positive thing can turn out to be negative if you abuse it."

Can you sleep when the wind blows

"Sunset By the Mountain image

Years ago, a farmer owned land along the Atlantic seacoast. He constantly advertised for hired hands. Most people were reluctant to work on farms along the Atlantic. They dreaded the awful storms that raged across the Atlantic , wreaking havoc on the
buildings and crops. As the farmer interviewed applicants for the job, he received
A steady stream of refusals.

Finally, a short, thin man, well past middle age, approached the farmer. "Are you a good farm hand?" the farmer asked him. "Well, I can sleep when the wind blows," answered the little man.

Although puzzled by this answer, the farmer, desperate for help, Hired him. The little man worked well around the farm, busy from dawn to dusk, and the farmer felt satisfied with the man's work. Then one night the wind howled loudly in from offshore. Jumping out of bed, the farmer grabbed a lantern and rushed next door to the hired hand's sleeping quarters. He shook the little man and yelled, "Get up! A storm is coming! Tie things down before they blow away!" The little man rolled over in bed and said firmly, "No sir. I told you, I can sleep when the wind blows."

Enraged by the response, the farmer was tempted to fire him on the spot. Instead, he hurried outside to prepare for the storm. To his amazement, he discovered that all of the haystacks had been covered with tarpaulins. The cows were in the barn, the chickens were in the coops, and the doors were barred. The shutters were tightly secured. Everything was tied down.

Nothing could blow away. The farmer then understood what his hired hand meant, so he returned to his bed to also sleep while the wind blew.

When you're prepared, spiritually, mentally, and physically, you have nothing to fear. Can you sleep when the wind blows through your life? The hired hand in the story was able to sleep because he had secured the farm against the storm.
We secure ourselves against the storms of life by grounding ourselves in the Word of God. We don't need to understand, we just need to hold His hand to have peace in the middle of storms.

A friend of mine sent this to me today, and I enjoyed it so much, that I wanted to send it to you. I hope you enjoy your day and you sleep well even when the wind blows.

Coffee of Life

A group of alumni, all highly established in their respective careers,
got together for a visit with their old university professor.

The conversation soon turned to complaints about the endless stress of
work and life in general...

Offering his guests coffee, the professor went into the kitchen and soon
returned with a large pot of coffee and an eclectic assortment of cups:
porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal - some plain, some expensive, some
quite exquisite.

Quietly he told them to help themselves to some fresh coffee..

When each of his former students had a cup of coffee in hand, the old
professor quietly cleared his throat and began to patiently address the
small gathering...

''You may have noticed that all of the nicer looking cups were taken up
first, leaving behind the plainer and cheaper ones. While it is only
natural for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is actually
the source of much of your stress-related problems."

He continued...''Be assured that the cup itself adds no quality to the
coffee. In fact, the cup merely disguises or dresses up what we drink.
What each of you really wanted was coffee, not a cup, but you
instinctively went for the best cups... Then you began eyeing each
other's cups....''

''Now consider this: Life is coffee. Jobs, money, and position in
society are merely cups. They are just tools to shape and contain
Life, and the type of cup we have does not truly define nor change the
quality of the Life we live. Often, by concentrating only on the cup,
we fail to enjoy the coffee that God has provided us... God brews the
coffee, but he does not supply the cups. Enjoy your coffee!''

The happiest people don't have the best of everything, they just make
the best of everything they have... So please remember: Live simply.
Love generously. Care Deeply. Speak Kindly. Leave the Rest to God.

And remember - the richest person is not the one who has the most, but
the one who needs the least.
